Can I cancel my transfer or make changes?

Of course, if you want to cancel or change, you can make but we have to inform you that we have some rules.

Cancelation: Can I cancel my transfer or tour?

If you want to cancel your transfer or tour, firstly please check cancalation policy details and rules on VIP Transfer or Tour details pages.

Generally, we request cancel information before 48 hours. If you make a cancel before 48 hours, we can refund.

Changing: Can I make changes on my transfer or tour?

You can change your booking everytime. But you have to inform us before 24 hours. If you want to change date or time of your booking, you can contact us per Email, contact form or WhatsApp. Please note that, you cannot change the vehicle. Because we provide luxury vehicles and we cannot give you a warranty for brand of the vehicles.

If you want to change drop off, destination location or pick up place, your order and invoice can be changed. So, you can pay extra money for it. Please contact us and ask all details.
